The adapter has two Rca (left and right audio) inputs on one side. On the other side of the adapter is a rectangular 10-pin jack that interfaces with the supplied cable. The adapter end of the cable has the 10-pin plug and the other end has two harnesses which connect to the 24-pin and 16-pin jacks on the factory Ford radio. There are also two jumper harnesses attached to the included cable that are inserted between the radio and the harnesses previously connected to the 24-pin and 16-pin jacks on the radio FRD03-AUX/S
