The PIE FRDR-AUX Auxiliary Input Converter connects to the CD changer data port of your factory radio to create an external auxiliary input that has a pair of left and right RCA audio inputs. With this converter installed, you can connect any external audio device that has an audio output directly to your factory radio without using an FM modulator and hear the audio from your factory sound system.
IMPORTANT APPLICATION NOTES:
If the factory CD Changer is present, you will need to disconnect it from the factory harness.
NOT compatible with LINCOLN-made vehicles equipped with the 6-Disc in-dash headunit and/or factory navigation system.
