I just receive this item by mail. I am upset to my self as how it took me so much time to find this aux interface. adding this to my ford focus was extremely simple, the hardest part was to pull the radio out with out the correct ford tools. After about 15 Minutes I was listening to music from my iPod from the radio. The sound is as clear a if I was playing a CD. Overall I am very satisfied with this part,

This interface is Great. Works exactly as advertized. Sounds great. The AUX button on the Ford factory stereo is now enabled (and shows "PIE" when selected). This is such an improvement from the old FM based input I was using to listen to my iPod. No comparison. I highly recommend it.
