The FRD03-AUX/S allows you to add an auxiliary input to the factory radio in
select Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles. The adapter plugs into the factory
system using the supplied cable, avoiding wire splicing and modifications. for satellite
ready radios ( SAT button!!! )
NOTE:
Not compatible if vehicle is equipped with OEM Rear Seat Entertainment system,
navigation or factory satellite radios
The adapter has two RCA (left and right audio) inputs on one side. On the other side of the
adapter is a rectangular 10-pin jack that interfaces with the supplied cable. The adapter end
of the cable has the 10-pin plug and the other end has two harnesses which connect to the
24-pin and 16-pin jacks on the factory radio. There are also two jumper harnesses attached
to the included cable that are inserted between the radio and the harnesses previously connected
to the 24-pin and 16-pin jacks on the radio

The FRD04-POD/S iPOD interface allows you to connect your iPod directly to the factory radio of many 2005-2007 Ford, Lincoln or Mercury vehicles with built in Satellite radio control functions (see specific vehicle application list below). Using this interface, the iPod will take the place of the Ford Sirius satellite tuner, providing you with the most interactive Ford iPod interface available. The FRD04-POD/S also gives you the option of using the factory radio to control the iPOD or you can use the iPOD to control your iPod. It also charges the iPod while the iPOD is connected.
The factory radio’s Sirius satellite controls will be utilized to operate the iPod, allowing you to perform individual search by artist, album, playlist, and song title. In addition, your factory radio will display iPOD text fields in the following manner:
